I know that I certainly needed a mentor when I was learning how to be a coach, and thankfully, I had a brilliant one who mentored me as part of my coaching course.
Mentoring will save you hours and hours of work. It certainly gave me fresh insights and focussed me on the tasks at hand. If you are just starting your new business, mentoring from a coaching perspective will focus your efforts so you are able to succeed as quickly as possible.
With mentoring, I was able to talk about my ideas and select the ones that would make a real difference to my business.
I became focused, I was clear about what I would be doing and how I would be doing it.

I am not the expert and I probably know nothing about your business and I will not be telling you what to do.
Nobody knows better than you how to progress your business. I act as a catalyst, asking questions that will make you think about what you really want to do, and I will drive the pace so that you will not be able to run away from ideas that you have avoided so far.
You may discover options you had not thought of previously. Most people do. Many people say, "I did not think I felt that way" or "Why didn't I think of that before?"
We can meet at my Goldings Hill Clinic in Loughton, in Central London or the Docklands, in Waltham Abbey or Epping. We can also talk by phone or on Skype.
There is no long term contract, you can stop coaching at any time. You pay per session, but you will save if you decide to hire me for a series of sessions.
As with all my coaching, your first phone call to me is always free, so you can be sure that mentoring is right for you.
