Hallo, I am Sue Taylor, your coach.
I live and work in Loughton, Essex (UK) which is on the Central Line tube into London. I also work in nearby London boroughs and anywhere in Central London.
I am often asked why my email address is 'educational consultant' rather than 'life coach'. The reason is that following on from my career as a lecturer, I continued to act as an external examiner and moderator until 2010, when I decided to focus entirely on my coaching business.
I am a Life Coach specialising in transition. Life moves on and so does your ability to change the things that are no longer of any interest to you. Leave it too long and your opportunities may well have passed you by.
In my spare time, I belong to various societies and business organisations, and I am very interested in local history.
I am Chair of the Herts & Essex Architectural Research Society www.hears.vpweb.co.uk and my next book will be about the Debden Estate, a post-war estate in Loughton.
I believe that coaching works - and if you take your coaching seriously and apply the things you are learning, you will quickly experience the power of the coaching relationship.
Coaching can be for one session, for the times when you need a little more motivation, or can be long-term. You remain in control all the time and any decisions you make will be entirely yours.
