Out of Work?
Coaching really helps people who are looking for work to find a new job.
It will encourage you to think critically about your approach to job seeking and to work out what else you might productively do to help yourself.
Loughton Life Coaching offers a range of services, including proof reading, support with writing job applications and producing a CV and unlike any life coach that I know, I am also an experienced tutor who can help you polish up your literacy too.
One of the aims of coaching is to enable you to see yourself as an interviewing panel might. How are your presentation skills? How good are you at selling yourself? Do you wear the right clothes? How do you manage your nerves?
I also offer role play in being interviewed and help you unpick a job specification, so you know what your prospective employer is really looking for.
All of this comes in one standard package, which starts with a one hour discussion about the kind of work you are looking for.
If you feel that coaching is for you, we will work out a programme to suit you and your needs.
We could talk about your approach to job seeking, do some interview practice, look at the adverts and decide which ones you will apply for. We will a also talk about other ways to get noticed, and to find work.
If you want to bring a friend along for the journey, feel free to do so. The two of you can be helped for the cost of one. So, what are you waiting for?
