WORKSHOPS & GROUP COACHING
Having offered workshops for years as a lecturer in a college and in adult education, I am now offering workshops to women's organisations, charities, not-for-profit organisations, social services, a church group or similar.
Individuals can also organise a group of friends in a private home or other venue and some people like to hold a coaching party - it makes a change from tupperware!
10 is the maximum number and if you are outside of the London / South West Essex area, travel costs will be added.
A two hour coaching session or workshop in a private home will cost £120 - that is £12 per person and if you book a coaching session, having attended a workshop all of your sessions will attract a 20% discount. This is your opportunity to 'try before you buy' and to see if coaching or personal training is for you.
My workshops are very practical, ideal for entry level learners and no prior knowledge is required.
Presentations can be made using powerpoint, if that is what you prefer, but over the years Sue has found that many people prefer informal workshop-type presentations using handouts and questionnaires as these allow time for discussion and private evaluation and reflection.

All of the above can be delivered either as a single one or two hour workshop over six weeks. Some can also be offered as a one-day workshop or a one hour 'starter' session.
